About Nanci Weaver
President, Nanci Weaver, established the company in 1996. She is known for her partnering style and maintaining long-term client relationships. 99% of her clients come from referrals from current clients.
With more than 20 years of experience in organizational development and an MBA in Management from James Madison University, her balanced approach maintains a focus on measurable business results while engaging the critical relationships and human talent within each organization.
